The Gardner location is on my way home from work so I tend to stop here at least once a week. The staff is always super nice and friendly and every time I’ve dealt with Mya, she was super helpful, informative and most of all extremely polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this location and staff to my friends and family.

He is always so friendly and helpful especially since I like to go in and just wing what I buy. My husband and I went in today for the the first time since opening, and it was an amazing experience!! The knowledge, the pleasant atmosphere. Our bud tender was Joey and he was fantastic, he was so helpful, welcoming, polite, just a wonderful guy!! He explained each item we purchased, with so much know how! Then he brought us over to their bud bar where we could learn about the bud! It was all around a fantastic experience and we will most definitely be returning!

I love j.o. better prices than anywhere else. Wide variety of products. The staff is very polite, attentive, knowledgeable. Inside is very cozy, clean and inviting. I love the magnifying glass wall.
